Festival marketing & sales strategy, brand storytelling, content creation and participant journey design.

The Challenge:

Ecstatica began as a passion project led by DJ and event producer Tristan Gorski. By 2025, it evolved into a 6-day conscious festival rooted in music, movement, and togetherness. This edition happened at Ängsbacka festival center, in the north of Sweden, but it needed strategic branding narrative to lead the vision to new heights. Our collaboration began: crafting a holistic growth model to align Ecstatica’s vision with a compelling brand identity, ticket sales strategy, community engagement plan, and long-term business structure.

Brand Strategy

Created the festival’s tone of voice, storytelling pillars, and aesthetic direction, from key messages and copywriting to visual identity, sales newsletter, and social media management.

Content Creation

Produced 80+ custom social media assets to their Instagram profile (Reels, carousels, spotlights), an email funnel for nurturing leads, and a content calendar counting down to the festival.

Ticketing & Sales

Focused on emails for sales funneling paired with social media promotions to supported ticketing sales. Designed Many Chat and early bird campaigns.

Led creative direction for the media team onsite: defined content themes, shot list for future Reels, and documentation goals for 2026 growth.
